Holiday house near Dubrovnik

This house is situated in a quiet area in Orašac, just about 13 kilometres away from Dubrovnik.
It offers a nice and comfortable accommodation for up to 4 persons. On the first floor, there are one double bedroom and one single bedroom with the possibility for one additional bed, for the fourth person.
The bathroom with shower and wasing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area are situated on the ground floor.
In front of the house, there is a large covered terrace with a beautiful view. On the terrace there you have also a solar shower and a relaxing garden.
You can enjoy a nice sea view from the double bedroom and a part of the terrace.
In front of the house is parking space in the shade, free of charge.
There are two nice beaches close to the house, one is 1,5 kilometres and the other about 2 kilometres away.
The first mini-market and a restaurant are in an area of 500 meters from the house.
From Orašac there are regular bus connections to the city of Dubrovnik, but a car is advisable.
