From the mountain slopes the river runs into the sea, making it incredibly turquoise, clear and pure.

The main idea of the architectural design of this stone house was to create cosy warm environment for the family home. It has been constructed with a lot of attention to detail:

Two separate entrances at the ground floor provide additional privacy, while open balcony with stunning view is perfect for sun tanning, yoga and other outdoor activities. Separate summer house has the kitchen and place for barbecue. Spacious Mediterranean garden with figs, lemon trees, mandarin trees and elegant shrubs of hortension give special touch which make this property so unique.

Ground floor of 90sqm has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, two pantries, technical room with water reservoir, hydrofoil, laundry and summer kitchen.

First floor has an area of 90 sqm. It is divided between kitchen, bathroom with the balcony, two bedrooms and bright living room with windows from floor to ceiling.

Second floor has an open balcony of 90sqm with astonishing view.

There are also separate house and the porch of 80 sqm.
