Off the living area you have another double bedroom with double wardrobe. It very well presented and in a great area for bars and restaurants and shopping. There is a bus service just outside the property that will take you to La Zenia Boulavard and  the beach, buses run from here on the hour.

To the front of the property you have spiral staircase which takes you up to the solarium which is the size of the whole property you have sun all day and beautiful views of the sea from here. A very nice property overall.
