Here we present to you a lovely apartment located in La Mata on the top floor of an apartment complex.

To reach the property we must go up a staircase at the rear of the property which would take us upstairs to the entrance into the apartment.
Walking in through the main entrance we would find ourselves in the living room, With an idependent kitchen to our left as we walk in.
Connected to the living room we can find a balcony which overlooks the sea and also the La Mata parque Aromatico which is a lovely park planted with loads of different flora.
On the side of the property there is a small hallway which connects both the bedroom aswell as the bathroom available in the property.
If we head back out to the stair case and head up one more flight of stairs, We would find ourselves in a private solarium that comes with the apartment, From here we can enjoy the views
of our surroundings.
